[5e]Looking for assistant DM for West Marches style game

Hey there! I'm the Head DM for The Emerald Order, a West Marches style D&D 5e game.  I'm looking for an assistant DM to help with the overall game as well as to run games as well and overall create and develop the world with me. If you are looking for some DM experience in running a larger style game that is in a sandbox environment then just shoot me a PM and we can go from there! If you want more info about the game or anything else just ask!

interesting enough reading up on west marches style. one is we are already doing a small part of this in the LFG system where the players or DM find a Game or players in the time they like. two if you are doing a proper sandbox game it should already be in line with the style. now if you're after a larger living world setting and players to play in it then. i would find people to GM and list when they can GM in your setting and for how long. then find players and list when they can play in the setting in a adjusted timezone aka convert all times to one set timezone be it EST,CST for example. then create Characters for all players. Ensure to have some NPC fleshed out. the other choice is to have the Co-DM's have a copy of the setting and they flesh out a quest or two for then they give you the names of the quest and times he can run them. then when players want to play that quest they agree on time when the select that quest. the DM who designed it runs it. the sheet is updated to a central source and transmogrified into the game. when finished reverse it to update. i would assign a session XP limit so players dont game the system would even limit the charater to one quest chain at a time.   list available quest in a hand out. that way players pick from list and once it is played it is removed or noted how the quest changes in gm notes.  Depending on time i am EST and what is needed i might be able to assist from time to time.
