Issy makes the best of the situation by insisting on teaching the vampire Count some dance moves newer than the seventeenth century, which he learns under protest after finding himself reluctantly unable to resist her friendly charm, while Valencia puts up with the senator's husband's increasingly wild flailing and desperately tries to find a way to get rid of him.  Since her friends are trapped on the dance floor, it's up to Helena to try to deal with the situation; realizing that the host, Tiberius, disappeared at some point before all this happened, she slips out the side door and into the stairwell to follow him after having no luck trying to convince the band to stop (in fact, they don't even seem to hear her). She tracks Tiberius and a bunch of very weird footprints to a closed door, where she overhears him speaking (in Greek, which she suddenly realizes she can understand) to someone else, telling them that he told them he'd be missed if he just disappeared from his own party.  Realizing that this might mean she's been heard in the hallway, she tries to run downstairs and escape, but the door there is locked and a pair of satyrs in ill-fitting clothing appear in the stairwell, cutting off her escape.  Deciding to be bold, she tries to march right past them as if she has every right to be there, but her bluff fails and they attack and injure her before she manages to escape into the room where Tiberius is, who appears mussed and slightly injured himself, with a broken window behind him and apparently no one else nearby. Appalled by what appears to be a waitress attacked while on the job, Tiberius is solicitous and tries to take care of Helena, offering to get her first aid and make sure she gets workman's compensation for being injured while at work, but she keeps demanding he take her back to the party, since she doesn't want to be separated from her friends.  He lends her his phone so she can call someone for help, and she takes the opportunity to quickly root around in it for information, causing him to get suspicious before she actually calls Issy to mention that this is a fandango situation.  Issy, who is still incapable of not dancing and who is trying to make pleasant conversation about the situation with the Count, gets the gist of the problem but can't help since she's accidentally turned the dance floor into a grinding dance festival with the ambassadors from the other island nations, and redirects her to call Valencia. Valencia has managed to get back to talking to the senator by this point, in spite of the woman's husband being a continual problem, but can't leave to help Helena, either; Helena suggests Valencia try to shut the band down, hoping it will end the overwhelming party atmosphere.  Valencia zeroes in on the drummer who seems to be the problem, but he insults her when she tries to reason with him, first hitting on her and then calling her unattractive when she doesn't react the way he wants.  Angered, she tells him that he'd better not talk shit - and causes him to suddenly experience the overwhelming taste of excrement, which effectively stops the party when he has to stop playing in order to be sick.  Most people immediately collapse from exhaustion after the hour of prolonged frenzy. Now that they're free of the music's influence, Issy and the Count stop dancing; he tells her he'll see her again later and leaps off the building to turn into a bat, prompting her to roll her eyes at his dramatics, and she heads off to try to help Helena.  Valencia helps the senator with her collapsed husband, offering to see them back to their hotel room, and Issy explores the stairwell until she finds Helena and Tiberius, whom she lays hands on to heal of their injuries.  Tiberius realizes that Issy and Helena must be supernatural in some way and is upset that they infiltrated his party; while they try to argue with him that they handled the chaos above for them, he demands they come have a meeting with him the next day before stomping off to try to do damage control and send everyone else home.  Nevertheless, Helena and Issy decide this can probably be counted a success, so they pilfer some full bottles of liquor from the bar and head home, feeling like they did a pretty good job for their first try. Valencia does successfully help the senator get her husband to their hotel suite, where he is put to bed unconscious and Valencia and the senator flirt until they have a sexy encounter in the hot tub, eventually spending the night together.  Once the senator is asleep, Valencia plays spy, taking photos and information from her files before leaving them just as she found them, and then sneaks out, avoiding cameras... although not before leaving behind a business card in case the senator ever wants to get together again. Once she finally makes it home, all three girls high five, drink a fifth of rum, and take a well-deserved rest while they discuss all the characters they met and plan ahead to their upcoming meetings!
