We're keeping this game free to play and it will be held on Sundays at 8pm. Date to begin the campaign is TBD. We'd like to talk about the world, finalize our characters, and get to know each other before we dive into a campaign. I have 3 others and myself looking for a DM to help us create a story in 5e. I should tell you that it's likely we'll do some bad things because we'd like to run rackets in cities; drug dealing, gambling, assassinations, robberies, and extorting businesses are possible jobs we'd take. We're mindful to the consequences and hopefully can overcome 'obstacles' by being deceitful, persuasive, stealthy, or by bribing rather than just murdering pesky npc's. We all have our own reasons for becoming degenerates of society; whether it's infiltrating the criminal underground to find someone important, to be helpful to close friends by taking the dirty jobs that no one else is willing to do, or simply hunger for infamy. Aside from wanting to cause some trouble, we're hoping to find some reason to take the "normal" adventuring type of jobs. Perhaps during a drug deal, law enforcement ambushes us leaving no other option but surrender. It's obvious we were set up and that the deal was a sting operation. The authorities haul us off and while we're in our cell, a noble approaches us and waves the guards away. He briefs us on how he has been having problems with a nasty bunch of goblins and says he'll overlook our business if we solve his issue. We're a mature, relaxed, and tolerant group of guys open to suggestions about how to run the campaign. Our current team set up is Warlock, Barbarian, Rogue, and Fighter. If you're interested in being the narrative piece to this unusual campaign or perhaps an additional member to our mob, I appreciate your consideration. Cheers, everyone.
