On the face of it, copying a page (module or not) by using the copy button (page setting) creates a page with just the settings not the content. To copy a page, content and all, would require the use of the transmogrifier (pro subscription feature) or an API script (pro subscription feature). The API script would allow you to copy it inside the game while the transmogrifier would need a spare game which would allow you to copy to spare game then back into the original game.
