Journal all gone!

No idea what happened. I was trying to create a handout, my browser froze, I refreshed and my entire journal, all my character sheets, handouts, npcs, my entire game is gone! What happened and how can I recover it? My tokens and maps are all still there and the tokens are still showing a connecting to the sheets and I can see all the sheets still listed in the token's drop downs. But the Journal itself appears to be empty. I can even run macros that call on sheet attributes. This is really weird. I tried restarting my browser, clearing my cache, and even tried a different browser (I use Chrome but tried firefox too). Also no extensions running. EDIT: Some more info. I tried creating a new folder and it did not work. I feel like there is a command stuck in my game and I don't know how to clear it. EDIT2: If I log in as a player I can see everything that players have access to. So it is only something effecting the DM view of this game. Is there any chance you rejoined your game as a player instead of GM?

This starting yesterday about 20 mins before my original post. Anything I create I can not see, even if I set it to my own journal, though as DM i should be able to see it regardless. If I start a new game everything works fine. It is only an issue with this game. I was looking through some old posts in the forums and someone described a similar issue when somehow he made the journal folder name disappear. Not sure if this is what happened with me. As I said, I know everything is still there cause my players can see their stuff and if I switch to player mode I can see the stuff I have set to all players journals.&nbsp;

If I promote a new account to GM it experiences the same issue. Thanks.

I will also try another computer later tonight. I only have.my laptop with me as I am out if town but.i will borrow a computer to test it.&nbsp; The fact that it happens on both Chrome and freshly installed Firefox though tells me it is likely not on,my end. I also tried to make a copy of the game and the issue persists. Any new game I create works fine.

I can confirm the issue also happens on another computer logged in with my account.&nbsp;

Joseph, I dug into the back end and found some badly corrupted folders. Mostly copies of folders contents as names of new folders. It's the type of problem I'd only expect to see if someone was misusing our API, which I'm guessing you're not using, or from a 3rd party process like an adblocker interfering and causing issues. If you're using a 3rd party process like that I'd recommend white listing app.roll20.net. Let me know if you're still having any issues with your journal or need more assistance.

I do have adblockers. I was on my work laptop at the time so that may have been the issue. Thanks again for the help. I will be sure to whitelist.&nbsp;
