Drag'n Dropping a Handout on the map should drop their image as token

I want to have a few gameboard aspects in my game and sometimes I just wish to drop the image of an item with the group that controls it so that everyone can see what's going on. But to do that currently, I need to create a character sheet for the item, which seems quite non-ideal. So I propose that when you drag and drop an handout on the map, it creates a token of their image.
