I noticed that rolls made with macros no longer show in the chat archive but rolls made with the /r command still do. I edit the chat archive down after each gaming session so that there is a story chapter posted for each weeks game!
Hi Ricky, A game's creator is often able to fix issues with their Text Chat by clearing the Chat Archive (note: not clearing your current Chat Log ). A GM might want to copy/back up the Chat Archive before the creator clears it. Additionally, it might be worth re-writing the macros and see if that might flush out the issue. Essentially just copy over the existing macro to a new macro, or you can re-type.
I clear the Chat Archive out before every gaming session! I just copy the whole game over to make the next module. There are lots of global macros being used as well as a few on each character's sheets, so redoing them all over for each module would be tedious, though I would not mind doing so if there is new code to make them better.
Ok, I started editing down the chat archive for this week's gaming session and it looks
like the macro dice rolls are once again displaying like they originally
were! So no more missing dice or spell casting rolls! I did not do anything with the macros myself so it must be something you fixed on your end.
