I was thinking of setting up a game of Cards Against Humanity and Munchkins for the days when most of my players can't make it/I don't have the time to make a session this week. So I was wondering, are there already pre-made decks? If not, is there anyone who can link me to a file of them?

You cant share graphics between campaigns, and roll20 prohibits sharing of copyrighted images, so no one will be able to help you with that. If you can find a source of the images outside roll20, you can make the decks yourself, but you wont be able to share them with anyone.
