Hi, have you heard of Anime Campaign? No? Well no problem, here's a short video
explaining the basic idea. It also links to the first few episodes, so
you can see the whole thing in action and get an idea of what I would
expect the game(s?) to look like. So I've searched on the Forums
for something like this, but sadly didn't find anything (the things I
found that contained the words were not what I was looking for.. not to
mention the fact that they were 1-3 years old), so I'm hoping I can find
some likeminded people with the help of this thread. A How to Play

Compared to some of the rules and mechanics I've seen on a few (very
few) videos it seems to be a pretty easy game to play and
newbie-friendly. The last part is important for me since I never played
any tabletop games before and my only "experience" I got is watching the
aforementioned videos. It's one of the reasons why I won't be a DM in
this, so yeah.. I'd need one of those, too. 😄 About myself.. as I
said, I'm a Noob to this whole thing. I'm turning 28 next month and I
live in germany, so it's probably a different time-zone and I guess I
got a weird accent, as I don't really talk in english because there's no
reason to do so (seems like a good chance to improve that here). The
different time-zones might become a problem, but there's always the
weekend, right? It should work somehow. I've always been complemented on
my sense of humor, especially the situational kind, so I guess that's a
good thing to have for tabletops. I'm also creative because I speak 3
different languages (third one's russian, if you were wondeing.. it's
not too great though)! ... okay, I made that one up just now.. see how
creative I am? This power could be yours. You could harness it to fuel
your laughter! Jokes aside though (probably something you won't ever
hear me saying) I'm just looking for a fun time with fun people.. as
long as that happens the adventure can be the worst clown-fiesta where
everything goes wrong and my character dies, I sure won't mind. You can
also read my profile, but I don't think it'll tell you anything I
haven't mentioned here. Anyway what am I looking for? Well, not
really sure myself since I lack the experience. I guess a DM (maybe 2?)
and something between 3 or 5 more players should be enough. Of course
I'll answer any questions you might still have.
