Commissioned Custom Character Sheet

I have a very Simplistic Homebrew system that some friends and I currently play using macros. I am looking to commission a person or persons to create one compatible with roll20. I have the artwork for the pen and paper version to act as reference as to what I'm looking for. Any help would be appreciated, or at least point me in the right direction, as I haven't coded in HTML since my Sophomore year in high school (15 years ago) and CSS is witchcraft in my eyes.

Just to note, you will need to get a pro subscription during the development of the sheet in order to use it. Once you have it locked, you can discontinue the subscription. The sheet will remain usable, but you won't be able to edit the html/css/translation.
