One Player's Token has problem with Dynamic Light settings - sees whole map

Hey all. Hoping someone can help me with this. Was running Curse of Strahd yesterday and one of my players could see the whole map whereas everyone else could not except for the specific room they should be in. I've uploaded images of what she is supposed to see and what she is currently seeing of the map. I'm not sure if there's anything else I can do on my end to rectify it. "All Players See Light" and "Has Sight" has been checked.

If you select her token and hit ctrl-L (or cmd-L on mac), do you see what she should see? Probably the DL failed to load in her browser and she needs to force refresh.
No the first image is what she should be seeing (and when I hit cmd-L). The second one is what she is currently seeing, even after refreshing her browser. Sometimes it shows as this:

That is super strange. Have her try it in Chrome?
Okay so when she logged into Chrome it worked fine. I do have another player that is utilizing Firefox and they had no issues with what they saw unlike my other player. Is there a solution to those that use Firefox maybe when this comes up? (I know my player prefers to use that over Chrome.) Thank you for your help though so far! :)
Okay she actually forced Firefox to update and it seems like that resolved the issue. Hopefully that problem doesn't happen again in the future haha. Thanks again! :)

Yep,dynamic lighting runs client side. If they disable JavaScript or if their hardware acceleration set wrong, it won't work for them.
