Anyone Interested in Joining a Pathfinder game?

I'm central time. I converted my time to PST for the thread. I'm usually home even from a closing shift at work by 7:30, hence my 5:30-6:00 timeframe. Also, I agree with the no 3.5 stuff. If we add all of that in, I'm playing a Beguiler/Wizard/Ultimate Magus, and nobody wants that. Trust me.
I know right, theres a feat that makes any component under 1000gp free with no spell component or so i hear from a friend, thats prety much every wizard spell in pathfinder lol but ther is a system where you can creat your own race for pathfinder, a friend of mine thought about having a race point cap of 10-17 for creating a custom race, I think its in the advanced race book for pathfinder
It sounds like you've got a full party of people and no room for any more, but I'd like to volunteer as an understudy if anyone pulls out. Even if there isn't space for me, would it be possible for me to observe for a few minutes? I'm new to roll20, and I'm eager to see it in action.
Well it looks like the verdict is in. It will be a blast. Since both Scott and Tyler need 6pm PST it would fill out the party for everyone to play mondays at 6pm PST / 9pm EST which will mean that due to majority I am out of this game opportunity. Looks like the party composition is the following Dangea - Summoner or Cleric or something special Christopher G. - Ninja Tyler M. - Monk Michael M. Scott H. - Bard "Free" as long as you can fit into the 6PM PST timeframe then I think you will be the 6th player. As for me, there are a lot of chances to get into other games. Alas it did not work out for me but I presume that everyone will enjoy the game. Reason, you might ask? I need enough sleep for the following morning so I cannot start later than 5pm PST if it is going to be 4 hour sessions. Thank you for the opportunity. Respectfully, CNG
aww thats too bad, you seemed real orgonised, well if you dont end up playing with us then thanks for getting the rest together and organized, i think it realy helped out both the gm and the players see things more clearly :)
I'm looking to join a group for Pathfinder... Is the 9:00 EST timeslot still firm? If so, that'd be great as that's perfect for availability for me. I'd love to join, if you still have any space.
Thanks Chris. :) @Aaron: You should be good as the GM was willing to have up to 7 players.
Excellent. I look forward to it. Thanks for hosting.
Hello. I just got on my Reading Break muha! Sad to hear you can't join us CodeNameGeek. Hate to say it Free, but I have 2 people who have Private messaged me before you with interest to join the session. (They just didn't post in the thread.) I'll keep you in mind, and if someone decides they aren't interested in the game, or can't make it I'll let you know. GAME START TIMES Monday Feb,18 Start Time 6PM PACIFIC TIME (GMT -8:00); REAL NAME - CHARACTER ROLE/CLASS Michael M. - MONK WANDERER Christopher G - NINJA ASSASSIN Scott H. - BARD Chris C - Unknown Dangea - Unknown (Summoner, Cleric, Wizard?) Tyler M. - Unknown TENTATIVE - One Additional Player ------------------------- Additionally I'm going to be importing some maps and miniatures into my Campaign for the next few hours, so I'm going to be online. I'm planning on rolling up a drunken swordsman Tiefling Magus (Kensai archetype) / Monk (master of many styles & drunken master archetypes)
Do you allow buying 1/2 charged wands during character creation? Otherwise, unless somebody has taken Craft Wand, it'll be impossible to fit a 2nd level wand under the maximum item value limit.
why not save up your gp of character creation and set out to look for a thief's guild that willing to sell some hot magic items, that and where were going if you read the top, theres a place with loot and magic items, so long as you tell the gm what you want theres a 50 50 chance you might get it or not and not have to spend any money at all :) based character that uses spells and wands then (other than the standerd equipment you need for travling) if you are a magic user that implements wands and spells then you can add this to your back ground, like you are the top of your academy surpassing everyone there and as a mark of your power you were sent to the ship to go and obtain the wand that suits your school of magic, quest could be called "The Final Test", talk to the DM about it and see what he thinks :)
Damn, I'm fairly sure that Monday might be no good for me now. I'm about 50/50 on whether I can make it or not.
No I do not allow buying half charged wands. ;p I'm going to be online for the next few hours, just placing maps and tokens in my campaign. Feel free to stop by if your around guys, meet me or ask a few questions.

The site doesn't seem to want to let me log onto my Campaign. Just in case anyone was trying to login, I think the site is down for server maintenance. I'll be trying to log back on shortly. I need to update my Campaign afterall.
Hello everyone. I'm online in the campaign for the next few hours. So if you have a final build for your character for tomorrows game feel free to drop in. https://app.roll20.net/join/80532/fDZUCQ
Ok, I'm offline. I'll post when I'm online again. Cheers friends.
if anyone is still in here, how does pathfinder translate to D&D?
It is very similar to D&D 3.5, I dont have a list in front of me of all the key differences, but http://www.d20pfsrd.com/ has well organized sections laid out in a sort of e-players handbook

Game is starting, see you guys there. Cheers
starts in 2 minutes for the straglers
If anyone is reading this who wants to play, you should come join this game ASAP
Yeah, most of the guys failed to show, so if anyones interested in joining here is the link. https://app.roll20.net/join/80532/fDZUCQ
Well, the session went well. I'm sorry most of those who showed interested couldn't make it. But there was a fun time had by Micheal, Chris and myself. The characters journeyed down the Calad'In River, fought many a beast and are on schedule to arrive near the Khud-Al Jungle in the coming day. The Khud-Al; having a fearsome reputation of being home to great fey-beasts, animals and monsters of bygone eras, and the it is rumored the cursed ruins of ancient civilizations slumber. The session is set to continue next Monday at 6PM PACIFIC(GMT-8:00)! So anyone who is interested in joining may say so. The Campaign is RECRUITING! Character creation involves 25 point buy ability scores, Character level is 5, and starting equipment is set as Wealth at that level. 10,500gp, no single piece of equipment can be over 2560gp. I'll likely have some per-fabricated characters for next session as well. So if your new to Pathfinder, are interested in joining us, drop a line. Cheers!
Let me know if you can start the games at 8pm est.
Interested in playing, what classes do you already have playing?
Glad to hear your interested Todd. The party consists of: Gilroy - The wandering Undine Monk seeking something that was lost to his people ages ago. Black Snow - The kayal(fetchling) Ninja , fleeing from a shadowy past, that may yet catch up to him. So feel free to come up with your own character concept. I'll be honest, if the party lacks a healer I tend to increase the amount of healing potions/items discovered in treasure, so don't feel straight jacketed into a cleric role if your interested in something else.
Nice, I have herolab, so is it ok if I just send you a pdf? Glad to see someone else likes the genasi. We going to use roll 20 chat? if so, how do I get pdf to you?
Hello Todd, If you want to send me a pdf, you can send it to my e-mail; fubarxx@gmail.com. As well, we use Roll20 as a tabletop, and skype to role-play. We've tried using the built in system but it tends to lag, or worse echoes. (I find echoing a problem using Roll20 while using Skype it's not a problem at all.) Feel free to use any Pathfinder race, though I don't allow races with Level Adjustment.
go to myth weavers for the use of really nice character sheets.
Hey, I would be interested in playing a Cleric if you're still looking for players. I haven't played DnD since I was pretty young but I've played old VotM recently. That means I'd probably need a bit of help with creation and obvious newbie questions during play. I have a character already in mind but am willing to change things around if it wouldn't fit well into your campaign. You can contact me at Lnitium@yahoo.com
The game session has been postponed till next Monday. Greg and Kyle have things going on in real life that takes priority. (Exams and other stuff.) Peace out friends, Till next week Cheers!
