There are a few handwriting fonts in Photoshop that aren't awful, though I have yet to find a calligraphic font I personally like. Just try to get something that's readable without too much eyestrain. If it's something very long, you may even be better off just going with a boring italicized sans serif since your players will appreciate being able to read things without going bananas. A good example of a font to not use is Papyrus, found in faux-chic restaurant menus nobody can read. There are other fonts people claim to not like for advertising copy, but mostly it's because they're overused and/or "outdated," neither of which matters a whole lot for RPG handouts. One of the nice things about Roll20 is you can repaste your text into a plain text field underneath your graphic, thus satisfying the whining of people who want flavor with the whining of people who want easy-to-read text on screen.
