Roleplaying and character heavy game, Aboard a Science Cruiser on the Tholian Border in the Taurus Reach. Actor / Roleplayers or fans of plot based games will get the most out of it. But there will be room for Action-oriented players also, and Tech/Engineering types. Not as much politics as in The Next Generation, more open Style "Let's See what is out there" Exploration type Episodes, focussing on the crew and their interpersonal relationships, working as a team, with all their strengths and flaws. Not a mature-themed game. Not looking for Romantic plots or between character love affairs or slash anything. The focus will be on the human crew, not on the gear, less technobabble than Voyager, for certain. Phaser in Hand, Going Boldly. I will shoot for starting this up in Early June, on the 9th. Some Session 0 Activity before that, to get characters together.. I have run this game before, and played with some excellent GMs here, and have run Star Trek in various forms since 1983. I ask that players be kind to each other, and get along and be respectful.
