Only Show Initiative Tracker To Players When Tokens are Visible to Them

This was originally posted over in the bugs forum , but it was suggested I post it here instead. -- In this particular game, I was one of the players. The GM was setting up the turn order for an upcoming combat and a blank window popped up for all the players with nothing in it. Once combat started and the visibility was adjusted so that the players could see the creatures, the Initiative Tracker populated correctly. It would be nice if the window would only show up for players if there are characters/enemies that are visible to the players with an initiative value instead of as soon the GM starts playing with it.
My solution to this is as a GM to just keep the Initiative Tracker always open.
