Over a million systems that have banned
together for protection, prosperity, and productivity. The Federation has five
branches of government. 1. Crafters Guild/ 2. Traders Union. 3. The Holy Union.
4. Academic University. 5. Military Forces, Army, Marine, and Battle Corps.
Every Citizen of the Federation needs to serve two years in the Military to
earn their Citizenship. At the end of their two years they go before a review
board are judged and sentenced to either continue military service or moved to
a more appreciate branch, or sent into the private sector. Once you are a
Citizen, you no longer pay taxes, and are able to use all Federation resources
as you see fit. You can open your own business or continue Academic pursuits. There are countless races that are
part of the federation. The founding members of The Federation are (in order of
signature), The Drakon (Lizard/Dragon race), The Feilious (Cat race), Esuestrius
(Horse race), Aprxisus (Crystilyn race), and most recently Homian (humans).
There are thousands of races out there that are in some part aligned to the
Federation. The Avian Alliance (bird race) is the only hold out to the Federation
though trade and craftsmanship are shared.
The
Federation is responsible for ALL hyperspace lanes and collecting taxes on
space travel. Federation Enforcers are feared (Like Judges from Judge Dreed) as
being unforgiving killing machines when it comes to taxes. Any ships using
Hyperlanes without proper taxes will be confiscated and all crewmen will be
subject to Fines or Imprisonment. More to Come...
