Strange color cast on image uploads via Chrome

Problem: pictures uploaded from Chrome have incorrect colors. This does not happen when the same file is uploaded via Firefox or Edge. Chrome is latest version, all extensions disabled, single tab, fresh reboot, no other apps running. This happens for ANY image I have tested with - regardless of source (homemade or downloaded). All seem to have the greenish color cast - even a black and white (where the black lines appear green) Here is an example of what I mean - the upper one is the correct color. The lower one was uploaded by Chrome. This is really baffling me. Any advice would be most welcome. Chris

Is the picture itself changed, or is a tint being applied to the token somehow?
See the pic below. It appears to be mostly in the blacks and grays. I hadn't noticed it before, but on the map on the left from Out of the Abyss, there are a lot of colors in the darker palette so the whole map seems oddly tinted. It is also clear in the 4th grayscale image.

That is odd. Would you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. You've done this part. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log, starting from dropping a graphic into your game)

Just a thought. Are your token's getting a tint applied to them by chance? In your game, open token's settings. If "Tint" is anything other than blank/transparent, the token will have a tint applied to it. If all of your images are having tint applied, open your game's settings page and check the "Game Default Settings", Token Settings, "Tint Color"
So here is an update: No tint settings on the tokens. This happens when I marking them as "Drawings" as well. I cleared Chrome cache, then uninstalled Chrome completely, and then reinstalled Chrome. There are no extensions installed. I have no 3rd party antivirus installed - just the built-in Windows Defender. I disabled that temporarily as well. No change in behavior. I'll work through Step 4 next.

Might be related(although it's strange it is only affecting your tokens and nothing else...): https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/chrome/sL8GEFLGV4o

it is not just tokens. Drawings and Page backgrounds as well. The color difference shows in the Journal Recent Uploads sidebar as well.
Well, good news/bad news - it seems to be working now! On a whim, I created a new Game and uploaded with NO color issues AND I went back into the original game and there are NO color issues now. I am a web developer and this smells like a cache issue to me, but as I said everything was cleared. I have no answers, but perhaps this may help others if it shows up in the future. Thanks for the team responsiveness! Chris

Excellent to hear! Since the issue is resolved, I will mark this thread as closed.
