Rightclick option to fix token in place

It would be incredibly helpful to have an option to fix tokens/images in place, if so desired. It would be useful if you want to do fancy stuff with shadows overlaying on top of player tokens, making it so that you can't accidentally move your background while trying to move something else on the map, etc.
