Separate Dynamic Lighting and Boundary Layers

Right now the token boundary lines are tied directly to the dynamic lighting shape layer. I'd love the option to use a separate layer to create boundaries that aren't light-restricted, as well as expose more visible map area with a separately controlled boundary.
