Roll20 won't load just one of our campaigns

None of the people in my party, including the DM, are able to get the one campaign that we're trying to play to load. It will open the game and then stay on the loading screen indefinitely. We can't access any of our character sheets or anything like that. Does anyone have a fix?  It's only the one campaign

Having a similar issue. Myself nor anybody else can get past the black loading screen. The campaign isn't that big (3 medium-ish maps with nothing on them but basic shapes) and a handful of journal entries. 

I've tried clearing the cache, disabling all addons and trying different browsers but nothing else works. I've tried copying the game and it loads in but nothing has actually copied over. 

We tried all that stuff too including copying the game over and same thing. It loads but none of our stuff is there and only 2 of us thought to keep a copy of our characters sheets outside of roll20. I've got a physical copy and one other has theirs on DnD Beyond

I've not got a backup of anything. The campaign hasn't started yet but we were preparing to start tonight. 

A couple of server shards are down or experiencing disruption so this could be a contributing issue. Hopefully it'll be resolved soonish. 

My group has the same issue, but it seems to be only on my GM's game. I can launch my own just fine.

Sorry for the inconvenience.  We are aware of some server instability for our Firebase shards. Since different games are hosted on different shards, this might explain why one game in particular is giving problems. Please check Firebase's status for more updates https://status.firebase.google.com
