Monster character sheet mix up D&D5e

I was running a game and my players were fighting Kobolds. The Druid in my party asked to change into a spider. When I move the token down. My Kobolds sheet had all the correct info on it, however the stats and attacks were all the spiders. The spider sheet did not change just the Kobolds.

Hi Big El, a couple of questions before we delve into the standard tech help steps: Which character sheet is the game using? What are the exact steps you took that caused this problem: Did you have multiple sheets open on top of each other? Where you using the drag/drop functionality to update a sheet? Where you using the drag/drop functionality to create a token while having a sheet open? Any other steps to replicate the issue would be of great use Thanks for any further information.
Hello 1. character sheet   D&D 5E by roll20.  2-1. Yes,   I had three open at one time one  Kobold,  one  Kobold  with wings and one black dragon wyrmling. All of which were open on my other monitor. 2-2. Yes 2-3. Yes 2-4. I gave my druid player access to the giant spider characters and moved has token to the DM level of the map. I was able to fix it by deleting the npc  character sheet  and  drag/drop  a new token to the map.

Thanks for that, one final question... were the other sheets popped out or still nested in the VTT? Lets also please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to  Solving Technical Issues . Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If after that you are able to still recreate the issue, please thoroughly work through  Step 4  for the devs to explore.  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!)
