Hello R20 community, I'm a 28 years old Swedish male looking for a Pathfinder group. History I'm an experienced role player of D&D/Pathfinder rulesets looking for a deeply immersive, homebrew, role play-heavy campaign. As a Swedish player, I have fluency in English and lots of experience in imitating various accents and dialects from all over the world. I have a daytime job until December 31st and I'm limited to playing during weekends until that time. I'm a flexible player with a whole variety of character personalities to engage in and can play virtually any role needed for the group. I have also GMed a few campaigns of my own brew in the past and can act the part of a Co-GM. (Rules support, etc.) Tech - Discord, Skype and Mumble ready for use. (Prefer Discord) - Steelseries 5H v3 headset and a Røde NT-USB microphone w/ pop filter. (No feedback noise) - Personal music bot able to broadcast music/sfx to the discord channel. Preferences I prefer high-fantasy adventures with room for engaging in acting/roleplaying. I leave all notion of meta-knowledge out of my characters actions and I strongly prefer the players around me play with little to no meta-knowledge. A long-term campaign using simulationism-style of play, in accordance with GNS Theory , is highly regarded. Narrativism is also acceptable. I'll answer any relevant questions you may have in this thread or on Discord: Aldourien#3689 Yours Truly, /Aldourien

I'm running a sort of SciFi/Fantasy adventure in a very heavily homebrewed setting that has a heavy simulationism style of play alongside very heavy RP. I'm currently planning to move the game to the weekends and it will run roundabout 2-3 PM your time. It is Text Only as I feel that helps with RP alot but if you don't like that I understand. https://app.roll20.net/lfg/listing/120783/textonly-scifi-playtest-tales-of-advent
Zephyr said: It is Text Only as I feel that helps with RP alot but if you don't like that I understand. I thank you for your invitation. However, I must respectfully decline your offer based on personal experience of text-only play. Text-only play can be very slow at certain points, especially when multiple people are typing at the same time, while the GM has to process and respond/explain to each individual, in order, before you can progress. Playing without a map and/or miniatures can be disorienting for some players, depending on the environment, and as the English idiom reads: - " A picture is worth a thousand words. " Besides all of this, I'm unfortunately not a Sci-fi person.
