Missing Tiles and Characters

I'm trying to make a future game for my friends to play through, I have about 8 maps created but for some reason whenever i log out and leave for x amount of hours and come back some are missing if not the whole map is missing tiles and characters. As seen in the images I've attached, one is missing the images on the map selection, Then an example of one of the areas missing items is the second image with what looks like an invisible tavern (not suppose to be invisible, suppose to have flooring and walls.) that image is also missing the actual map tile (snow) I have looked into this problem with the forums and see that its better to have the images downloaded which I did about a week to 2 weeks ago but I'm still having this issue. The images are still loaded onto my computer as well as in the upload folder on the Roll20 game. The only other thing I can think of is to just always be logged into the game which would be really annoying and i'm not sure i could really leave my computer on for a month straight while we play the game. I am using Google Chrome Version 69.0.3497.100

This is not normal behavior. No one else in your game has GM level access? And you have verified that the images are not accidentally placed on the dynamic lighting layer? (It doesn't look like you have a subscription level, but the game might).

Correct I created the game am an the only one with GM level access that I know of. and I'm not sure why it would because as you stated I don't have a subscription level. Would it be better if I tried starting over from scratch and see if the problem continues?

If you haven't put too much work into it, that might help to tell if the problem is with your system, or with the game, or indicative of something larger. If more things disappear, we'll escalate.

I'm gonna go ahead and erase the game and start over, but this may take some time to rebuild everything. hopefully though that fixed the problem
