You could check out Big Eyes Small Mouth. It's an anime based rpg. It has mechs, monsters, magic all that you'd need for a great sentai game.

I've heard of something called Tokyo Heroes, it was originally made for Power Rangers, but can still work for pretty much any other Tokusatsu.
