Custom Character Sheet Help

Hi, I'm&nbsp;looking to run a game of KDM on Roll20 and was wondering how easy/hard it would be to make a character sheet for it? <a href="http://tools.kingdomdeath.com/survivor%20record%20sheet/resources/character_sheet.png" rel="nofollow">http://tools.kingdomdeath.com/survivor%20record%20sheet/resources/character_sheet.png</a> As you can see this is the sheet I want to make and was wondering is it easy to make a sheet&nbsp;with check boxes and drop downs? If you know html and css, it's not that hard but is still a fair bit of work. If you don't, you are better off asking in the character sheet request thread stickied at the top of the forum. Someone may volunteer to do it for you.
