Things to think about.

You can just play anything if you want to just test them out.  But if you want to have a little more to your character it has to go through me to be "continual official". You can just have you two going at it feel free. I can run a fight if you want a neutral party. Or you can try to get another person to be neutral party. on it. When doing that try to have a in game running total as you fight.  Example joe attacks bob for 19md,  bob mdc 235 (post it there) then bob mdc 216
A few other things as for betting on yourself with characters its usually 2 to 1 odds or doubling your cash (usually one characters o/r.c.c. starting cash) i.e. if you win (your not likely dead yay!) you double your money. If its a non made with me and "Official character" You needn't actually note losing cash any ways.  As for stat disparity. I.e. Kanes got a +13 Auto dodge (not spending an attack to defend your attack.) ((Thats having a p.p. of 30+ and extra ordinary p.p. and speed btw.)). If you have Boxing, Athletics, and HtoH Martial Arts you would have a Auto parry (+2 boxing, +1 athletics, +3 Martial.Arts). at a total of +6 (without p.p. bonus) so a lot can balance out. Hey if your  p.p. was even a 26\+6 You'd be pretty much on par. then again both are using a 1d20 plus thier bonus's so who knows. I feel the random die adds some dramatic moments.
