Updates to Building Character Sheets Wiki & GitHub README

Just tried to create my halfelf sorcerer who has dragon ancestory but I can only access the PHB and not my copy of Xanathar's Guide to everything which is in my library.

I used charactermancer and had a third level paladin multiclass into warlock.  My first level spell slots stayed at 3, when I should have added the first level warlock spell slot.  Is there a specific reason this happen or is it a bug in the program?

Make a new thread about this instead of replying to this thread, which is dedicated to gereral updates to character sheet updates & wiki changes. It would also increase visibility.

I can't use the character vault because I'm using my phone and the tools option doesn't show.

The Bug report forum would have more visibility to post this.

Lost my more thorough post on the subject, but based on my testing it looks like the wiki has the wrong syntax for the negation of a property in the roll template logic section.

Unless I miss my mark, this edit "clarifies" code that works into code that doesn't work.

You're correct, I made that edit and it looks like I messed up. I've corrected the edit, and moved the bit about describing the NOT logic to below the helper functions. I found the previous description really confusing. i hope this is better.
