Yeah you can do ad that'd be pretty tight that being said i'd probably equip you up some to fit in for power level and such. Basically a slave race character that saw thier chance to run and took some stuff at the right time to get out as for cybernetics its unlikely unless they were a backstory gotten after escaping. (traded some of her stolen goods for....) That being said with whats happened the power curve just kinda got wish jumped up so theres going to be some crazy stuff going.
