Hello, I have
a game that I created before I became a pro member, it is using the Lost Mines
of Phandelver module. I can access the external journal but it only lists
creatures/npc that originally came with the module. Player characters and all
handouts do not appear. I have tried accessing the game and creating test
handouts from multiple computers and multiple browsers but do not see any
change to the behavior. I have copied the game a couple of times over the last
year and all copies show the same result. I also recently tried adding the
Rrammka addon (Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes intro) to the game which did not add
any new entries to the external journal. I
did make a new game using the Mad Mage preview and which shows all the external
journal entries correctly including new ones that i created as a test.
Besides
the issue with the external journal i have noticed on the same game that
periodically a blank nameless character sheet appears at the bottom of my
in-game journal. I am not sure the trigger and typically I just delete it. But
