Unable to edit token settings

Hello, when I left click on a token I can't get the token settings window to open by clicking the cog wheel. I've gone into several other games that I am the GM for and have the same problem.
Does a simple double-click work? IS it a token (not an image)? Right click, select advanced, make sure Is Drawing is off. A drawing would have no settings.
It is fixed now... It will work sometimes and is broke the next time. It is pretty bad when you only have a set amount of time to prep and you can't get the tokens ready... It doesn't matter how many times I click it and no I'm not in drawing mode. I've played on roll20 for years, it is just broke half of the time. Thank you for taking the time to post and trying to help :)

The next time you find it is broke, would you please carefully work through these steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ?  You might be surprised by how often it is one of these items that fixes problems permanently Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!)   With the information from Step 4 the Devs can take a stab at figuring out what is going on.
I had the same problem happen a few times.. it seems to happen randomly (or, at least, I have not found any sure way to reproduce the bug). The only solution I found is to reload the page. Here's the Javascript error that Firefox shows when I try to either double-click on the token or click on the gear icon to open its settings. Error: Permission denied to access property "nodeName" in base.js:55:2526 Hopefully, that might help you narrow down the origin of the problem?
