This does not really matter, to me, because I have not started the adventure yet but are release notes a "thing" on Roll20? If I was in the middle of running a game and the module the game was based upon was updated I would want to know what changed.

Usually if a patch release is made, there is a release note attached to the update notification. If you click on that note, it will list all the changes.

I see no clickable note (or even a mention of it) so, I suspect, no release notes are available for this patch. It is good to know, however, that Roll20 does have a system to support release notes.
