PC works but cannot get my Laptop to work

Everything works fin on my home pc, but trying to log on with my laptop has issues. When loading the campaign, it sticks on the load screen. I am using Firefox, and have no extensions or addons operating at the time being (is a newly loaded laptop). I have also cleared the cache. Two quick questions: Do you have the same issue with other campaigns or just this one? Does the same issue occur in chrome as well as firefox?

Yes to both questions. I was able to, once, open a new campaign on my laptop, once. But have not been able to do so again. Crome gives a lot less information than what firefox does, but will post that too: Consider using 'dppx' units instead of 'dpi', as in CSS 'dpi' means dots-per-CSS-inch, not dots-per-physical-inch, so does not correspond to the actual 'dpi' of a screen. Thank you for the screencaps. Just because it sometimes solves odd problems and it's very easy to do: Have you tried logging out of roll20 and logging back in?

I have tried logging on and off several times. And have also cleared the caches several times as well.
