Question about creating a new creature to reuse

So I've created the NPC sheet and have the linked the token I want to use for it. The problem is I want to have multiple of this creature in many fights and once I link the token to the sheet, if one loses hp they all do and if I roll initiative for them it's all the same creature. Do I have to make a separate sheet for each of these monsters? There has to be an easier way, like how you can drag monsters from the compendium and they count as separate they each have their own hp and turn.
https://wiki.roll20.net/Linking_Tokens_to_Journals When I link Monsters to their Journal page I always make the HP bubble set to "none". If you use token mod api the macro below will then load the HP to the token based on Hit Dice. When filling in the Hit Dice, do it as 3D8+3 or whatever. Macro: !token-mod --set bar1_max|[[@{selected|hitdice}]] !token-mod --set bar1_reset|
