Also just because you're not with the group doesn't mean your character just sat on their hands. You will still gain the same player reward as if your character was there to keep you in line with the rest of the party. Everyone should be willing to download Hero Lab for M&M. You don't need to buy it, I repeat don't need to buy just have it and use the trial. However, if you already have M&M on Hero Lab paid for that always a plus.
