Resize player portraits

The player portraits are too big. We either need to be able to resize them, stack them as labels or hide them altogether.

You actually can. While in the campaing, go to My Settings and before the Campaing Settings part, you can see a tag named "Video/Player Avatar Size." You can both resize them or have only the names appear.
