Trying to roll stats bug?

My player is trying to roll his stats using this [[4d6dl1]] | [[4d6dl1]] | [[4d6dl1]] | [[4d6dl1]] | [[4d6dl1]] | [[4d6dl1]] and it keeps saying access denied for him we even tired the rolling 4d6d1 6 times method and same thing, for some odd reason not even rolling basic dice like 1d4 is not allowed and I'm not sure how to fix it.

Guessing wrong browser...  Which browser are they using? FF and Chrome are the only 2 browsers supported on roll20. Is he entering that value into a character sheet or the charactermancer instead of the chat field, maybe?
