Discworld GURPS -- looking for a group

Received the Discworld RPG manual for Xmas, and now I need to find people who are willing to try this game out.  Have been watching CapricornCross all day and these folks look to be having a good time.  Happy New Year!

Brian K. Although I have no more time for another game, I thank you for running a GURPS game in Roll20. We need more people like you. Have fun!
Should have my copies of 4e Basic Set and Discworld by mid next week. Haven't DM'd since i was a kid. As a stop gap (once I have the materials) we could get together and flesh out characters at least. Surely someone knows Discworld and is keen to DM some hilarious adventures?
Would be good to run with at least 4 characters.
Kirk, sounds like you are ready to play!  Roni, thanks for responding too.  That's three... Here's my deal -- I've been a Discworld fan for a long time now, probably since the mid 2000's, and have read all the novels at least twice each, but I'm an older fellow who's never played a tabletop RPG.  My kids play all the time (in fact they are in the dining room with a bunch of friends over playing D&D right now), and I've been a long time listener of a couple of fun D&D based podcasts, so I am familiar with the scene.  I like your idea of planning a session for just meeting and talking about a setting and characters.  I'm new to roll20, in fact I only joined on the advice of someone as a possible shot at finding people in that tiny nexus of Discworld fans and RPG/Gurps players.  I'll start researching the interface.  FYI, I'm the Eastern U.S. time zone.
If you can get into a Master's Vault game it will teach you a lot about Roll20.
Books arrived, we could post it and just say we are still very early into development but i suggest getting the three of us together first and see where we want to go with this and how much time we can each commit. Perhaps we could start throwing around story ideas too. We could follow closely to some of the books or make something completely unique. Have huge Discworld arcs from my time playing Discworld MUD. But those are mostly based on a solo player moving throughout the Disc (If you go to try Discworld MUD, hit me up, 30 mins with me will save you huge headaches.) Anyway I have a crap ton of reading to do. Anyone truly interested please start messaging either myself or Brian K. Remember we are only beginning to get this all together. We could really use a confident GURPs DM with a wicked sense of humor, but im sure we can come together and think of something fun!
Kirk, thanks for jumping in so enthusiastically!  I'm still in the 'crap ton of reading' stage as well, in fact was reading through some potential campaign ideas in the book over breakfast this morning.  Personally, I'm intrigued by the possibilities of ... well, I will hold that thought for now.  Keep reading!  And let's hope some others decide to show an interest.
Is this still a thing? I would be down
