I am a fairly new player, I have only done two campaigns of any significant length, both 5e. I have a lot of experience in Text RP and I am a fast learner if you need me to get up to pace quickly. I have a very open schedule generally I am available for scheduled meetups any days but Friday and Saturday, sometimes Thursday is a bit iffy for me but if it is a firm schedule and not prone to adjusting last minute I can make those too. I live in Eastern Timezone. I am hoping to do a homebrew magic character who uses "High Magic/Black Magic" the idea being that most people in the world would be horrified by how he does his magic, though he is on a quest to de-criminalize and de-stigmatize the use of it, and teach that it can be used honorably or with consent. Hoping to try something different along the lines of a blood-mage similar to that from the Magicians Trilogy by Trudi Canovan. My hope is that you might be willing to work with me on a homebrew class that is rather weak in its normal state and can only do the very basics of magic, but can do two cool things. Basically if he can cut or otherwise break your skin, and lay his hand over the wound, he can start to drain your health (Pending some sort of will check) if his will overpowers the other or if the other is willing he can drain some of their health points and either use it immediately or, store it in pre-made and prepared trinkets/talismans imbuing them with spells he can use later. Weak trinkets would be destroyed on single use, later/stronger ones might be kept but need to be imbued with power again. So it would be a preparation focused class. Really hoping someone is willing to integrate the idea into their story and allow me to play it. I feel I should also say I have no intention to be the center of attention or try to derail any existing storylines. Its just how I want to play the character.
