They should detail why request like these doens't get too many offers, and why it's almost likelier someone would make the sheet for free, than for a pittance that would anyway devaluate the work put into it. After reading it, you can ask yourself/tell us: How much changes from the stardard 5e sheet does your custom sheet have? How much are you willing to pay? Hopes this gives you some perspective. There is also the fact that the creator of you game have to be Pro member to be able to use a custom character sheet in a game, but that's isn't needed continiouly unless you want to make changes to the sheet later.
