How does Roll20 hold up with big maps?

Hey guys, been using Roll20 for a while now, and I love making maps for it on Dungeon Painter Studio. I've just decided to start making a huge forest map, but I thought that, before I get too carried away, I'd better check that Roll20 can handle big maps on a single page? I've done some fairly large maps before, and other than having to cut it into quarters for the sake of uploading smoothly, it seemed to go okay, but this one is going to be larger still. Based on the sketch I've drawn so far, I'm probably looking at about 50x70, and that's assuming I don't decide to add any other segments on, which I almost certainly will. Does anyone know if I'm likely to encounter any problems other than uploading if I make a map this big?

You should be fine with 50x70, and possibly even double that despite the warning. The main issue with larger maps comes from dynamic lighting and advanced fog of war (although the recent release may have addressed some of that!). As a precaution I'd recommend ensuring your player ribbon is on a different page, that would allow you to access the game via a second account promoted to GM to reduce/remove the page if it causes your game to hang on loading ;)
I do use the dynamic lighting stuff, but I was going to keep it fairly simple on this map anyway, so I can turn it off, if needs be. Thanks!

Do you mind if I steal this? Or you can post it yourself if you want all the fortune and glory that comes with that.
