Mercy on the Noob

I'm new to roll20 and slightly new to tabletops in general. While I've read up on D&D 3.5 and Anima: Beyond Fantasy, I have only played a little of Anima and do not fully understand the whole system. I'm willing to learn if one of you nice, experienced players, or groups, has the time to help :D. I'd prefer to start of as a player and working my way to learning how to DM. Any guidance is appreciated. Contact info available upon request. Thanks!

Don't feel bad, Anima has one of the most complicated systems around, particularly when it comes to character generation. The fact that it was translated (somewhat poorly and by multiple teams) from Spanish doesn't help.
Oh so very true. I want to get some experience in D&D before picking that back up XD.
I organise groups for playing just about any system. if you're down for a bit of a gamble, I can get you into a group for tomorrow morning (10am mountain time) or tuesday evening (6pm mountain time). we all get together & find a good DM, then we vote on what system to use, (taking the DM-s experience into account of course, to get in on this, you would need to PM me with your skype ID. the general Prefered Game (rule of thumb, not law) is Pathfinder, or D&D 3.5.
