Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!

There are 4 steps. Did you submit a console log as outlined in step 4? The text shown in your link does not look familiar, but I'm not a coder. If that is correct, please post it here in your initial bug thread, where you have already been contacted by a moderator, rather than create a new bug report. Hopefully a dev can be flagged to restore this if possible.
