So, I have had an issue of the last two days (Wednesday 2/17/19 is when it first happened, it has also reoccurred today) where one of my games, and I play in and run several although not all active, is having major technical issues affecting not only myself but all my players as well. The issue at hand is where the game acts as normal when actually loading in, until the game boots where the Journal section will be empty. All my folders and subfolders are present, but all the documents and character sheets themselves are not appearing. The folders are all open for some reason as well. As a side note I have a few dozen documents/char sheets in this game. That part of the issue has been occurring on both occasions the bug has presented itself. The second part of the issue that only presented itself on the first was that the Jukebox (which was playing music, background sound effects) would play sounds at maximum volume, could not be stopped, and could not be turned down. The Jukebox portion of the bud occurred simultaneously with the missing documents. The issue seems to only effect this one game of mine, as all my other games (all that I have checked at least) do not suffer from this issue, at least not simultaneously . I also asked my players to check some of their other games last night during session where this bug presented itself firstly, and they reported that all of the other games they checked (5 other non-overlapping games total) did not suffer from this issue, agan or at least not simultaneously. Upon asking my players none of them have ever encountered this bug previously, and one of them has 4450-4500 hours played on R20. The issue itself seems to be server based as my players and I (I did not ask for all relevant information asked in the "Solving Technical Issues" Help wiki) use a wide variety of extensions, addons, computers, etc. and sorting through all of that information when the issue is likely server based seems unnecessary, but it can be done upon request if felt needed. At all 5/5 of us use Google Chrome as well, 2/5 use Macs and the other 3 are on Windows. Thank you for any assistance or acknowledgement of the issue, and any help or advice is sincerely appreciated!
