Allow players to use their images for Characters and Handouts

When player makes a new character he had to always upload picture, why he can't just use picture he have in his database?
Instead of forcing players to upload the same picture for X games again and again why can't players have just acces to their storage and use it?
Or even just giving GM option: "allow players to bring their own resoueces" without giving them any GM permissions for swiching rooms and see everything.

This is actually possible already, and we've recently updated the User Interface to make it more clear.

To use an asset already in your library, drag the image or animation from your art library into the spot when editing the character.
