[HELP] Don't know a lick of HTML; need a hand converting a character sheet

Greetings! I want to GM a game of Space 1889, however, it uses its own system and there doesn't seem to be a character sheet for it set up in Roll 20. I have a PDF version of the character sheet, and I also managed to use an automatic converter of PDF to HTML to get a decent looking charsheet but... then I need to put in the actual input fields, and it just ends up looking broken. Would anyone be willing to help an idiot out? PDF is available here:&nbsp; <a href="http://www.mad-irishman.net/pubs/MI_Space1889CharSheet.pdf" rel="nofollow">http://www.mad-irishman.net/pubs/MI_Space1889CharSheet.pdf</a> The HTML code I got is here:&nbsp; <a href="https://pastebin.com/Zt40a5U5" rel="nofollow">https://pastebin.com/Zt40a5U5</a> Many thanks to anyone who does help!

I'm going to tell you right away that creating a character sheet through autogenerated html is not a good idea, and will only bring great headache trying to make all the Roll20-specific additions needed for it to function. I did this 1½ years ago, and it was a bad idea. It's better to start of modifying an existing sheet that seems or just form scratch.
