Welcome to The City where heroes and villains are at odds with more extreme views but may work together when their goals align. Characters are totally homebrewed please let me know if you would like to join and we can work on character creation. It uses the base rules of dnd5e, only the rules about how to play said game, not the actual material that wotc has created them selves like classes and features and such, those will all be homebrewed based on the kind of character being made and where it wants to end up.
