Discussing methods of killing Necrosis - So far the plan is everything at him till something sticks. Seems like he can see what happened in the reboots, but is unable to directly effect a reboot. We have 24hrs till the battle for pinnacle bay (if it happens), seth is unsure what to do with the portal, so Emperor and Hunter are in charge of that, but if opinion is asked, he believes in a laissez faire approach, due to Seth's purpose here being that the hemotitan forces are made to remember the cost of attempting this kind of endeavour ever again. Seths gonna have a conversation with seamus to ascertain details about the back-to-the-future situation we're in. Once this is done, we're gonna end up back where we were before the portal blew, but the events of our lives would have changed due to what's happened, so we'll have a new singular timeline that we will be part of. This gives us the opportunity to fix what happened in our past that we weren't happy with, mainly the Atlantis massacre, saving the Mithril miners in Xonkaelera. Discussion of Mortis, whether that should be annulled. Bjorn's aura is consistently dimming, it looks like he's dying, and Ambella has had visions of the guy dying in many many ways. We don't actually know what this dimming exactly means. Ambella now knows of one of the (two) archer-titans that shot the emperor, some kind of assassin, details may be forthcoming during session. He apparently has volt-like range. Necrosis has a stupid fucking absorbing power that he uses to kill ambella and bjorn. Direct attacks on him when he's in a particular stance results in him reflecting it on another target. Volt rounds can 'disrupt' this, allowing an opening of sorts (in the vision, this resulted in bjorn kamikaze-ing himself). Proposed using a solid staticite round to 'jam' this power. Discussion of GKR ammuntion mechanics (mithril guiding staticites to stop magics). The GKR negates necrosis' ability due to guiding the staticite to it. Ambella visions don't show the titan-killing weapons from actually killing him, only that he's left as vulnerable to mundane means as a mortal. Discussing Necrosis - he's edge of tommorrow-ing the whole thing, he dies, resets to day 0, but remembering the timelines. Seth is planning on stopping Seamus from resetting the timeline, this is the last run of this timeline. Best plan- using some kind of decoy disguised as a GKR (make him convinced it'll kill him, so that he uses his ability on that). Ideas range from using a staticite fragmentation warhead to using a missile version preceding the actual volt. Ambella is the bait, as he has to absorb the shot or he WILL die. We do not know what would happen if the missiles are used initially. We have to sneak up on him to force the encounter, or he'll leg it. Grey being used to remove the teleportation belt, (with staticite), to prevent him running away. Possibility of using a stand-in for ambella, but deemed unfeesible due to necrosis not knowing whether its the volt or ambella, so he will avoid the area anyway. Rehashing mechanics of the volt (staticite guided by mithril, disabling the ability). Grey sneaks up, disables/steals the belt, and the shots are taken, he dies. There is discussion with planting GKR-themed explosives or drawing him in, feasibility dubious due to lack of knowledge, planting the explosive unfeasible due to null chance of survival for the planter. Gotta keep the plans as simple as possible using knowledge we have confirmed, there's too many moving parts to account for, otherwise. Most-wanted list is Necrosis and Katara followed by Leukaemia, all others are merely kills of convenience. We will not discuss the timey-wimey bollocks unless we need to. Discussion of mithril use, how to evacuate the mine without being able to get ourselves tracked for the mithril (blowing up the mine kicks a hornets nest of people searching for some mithril). The destruction of the carrier with the mithril is what drew the scavengers in, with the ship active, they can prevent the scramble. Explosives will be set to collapse the mine rather than blowing up a section of the planet. Give enough time before detonation for the enemy to find the explosives, in such a way that the mine will be collapsed, causing the overseers to flee. Teleportation array overload to get the slaves out, mithril out and then explosives to seal the mine. Discussing ways to make the enemy know, so that the previous versions of us can do what they need to. Keeping it simple as possible, explosive linked and visible. Things that occur/won't: Neptor history changed, required caches to allow unique items to be returned to us. The closer back to the future we get, the closer to being dead he's gonna be, due to his soul being alive in the past but being dead where the Guil and the others are. Bjorn's situation will be to figure out a way to survive this, creating the purest dwarf while also dealing with the great goblin conspiracy and the finding of living space. Discussion of backup characters and 'titles' they could earn. Repeated attempts preventing Al from jinxng himself. Regarding keeping things quiet so we don't have to deal with powerful shit. Everyone except Al agrees. We need to keep everything on the down-low so we're not. Discussing Mongo as the spider in the centre of the plot, nudging characters into places like some kind of labyrnthian manipulator mastermind. Discussing the items seth has to accomplish and possible successors if he dies etc. Possible paths that could occur for each character
