It would be nice to have a calendar that players could click and show times that they are available to play to their group and DM/GM/ST.

That is a good idea, but, I think there are other websites that can be used for "group calendaring" across multiple timezones and synchronize everyone's schedule to find the optimal meeting time. Maybe another website can do it for your needs. Hopefully someone will post a link because I don't recall the best site for that.

The most recent campaign I joined used <a href="http://doodle.com/en/" rel="nofollow">http://doodle.com/en/</a> to figure out which time was optimal for the group. When I started the campaign I'm running I did basically the same thing, except in an Excel sheet on my computer.
