Turn tracker pop out

This would be very handy. 
Yeah, the window covers up the map. It would be great to move or minimize it sometimes.

THIS. How is this not a thing already...? Help us out with this seemingly easy upgrade... thanks Roll20 devs! 
It's probably more of a browser issue than a VTT issue, but yes, this would be convenient.
