I did not see this in the wiki. Is there a way to play an audio file in the jukebox by clicking a hyperlink in a handout? Is there a way of playing an audio file from the chat window?

Awesome, thanks for pointing this out. Unfortunately this is part of an upcoming marketplace product, so a solution needs to accessible by Basic users as well.
